ANNAPOLIS, MD ~ Annapolis, MD - The State Soil Conservation Committee will be holding a meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026, to discuss important issues regarding soil conservation and water quality programs. The meeting will take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon and is open to the public. This hybrid meeting will be held at MDA Headquarters located at 50 Harry S Truman Parkway in Annapolis.
