The national recognition highlights Chesapeake Health Care's commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through advanced technology, data-driven quality improvement, and strong clinical outcomes. The Advancing HIT for Quality badge recognizes health centers that use health information technology to support quality improvement efforts, improve care coordination, and enhance patient outcomes. The Silver Health Center Quality Leader designation recognizes health centers that rank among the top-performing health centers nationwide for clinical quality measures.
