BALTIMORE, June 25, 2025 ~ Lehigh University's Iacocca Institute, a renowned global leadership development center, has announced a strategic partnership with Stanton Chase's Baltimore and Washington DC offices. This collaboration aims to provide students and alumni with valuable resources for career development, global citizenship, and leadership skills.

According to Iacocca Institute Executive Director Scott Koerwer, this partnership reflects their shared commitment to preparing the next generation of global leaders. By joining forces with Stanton Chase's Mid-Atlantic team, the institute is able to offer unparalleled access to global career insights, executive mentorship, and leadership development resources that are timely and relevant.

As part of this partnership, Mickey Matthews, Managing Director at Stanton Chase, will join the Iacocca Executive Fellows Advisory Board. With over 20 years of experience in international leadership roles at Stanton Chase, including six years as Global Chair of the firm, Matthews brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Starting this fall semester, Stanton Chase's Baltimore and Washington DC offices will provide employment trend insights at local, national, and global levels. In addition to these services for students and alumni, Stanton Chase will also share corporate leads for the Institute's leadership development services. The firm will also create regular networking events focused on career development and global citizenship for alumni and learners.
