BALTIMORE - Marylandian -- In commemoration of Veterans' Day, BEYA Stars & Stripes is hosting a special event in the STEM City USA Tribute Hall to honor the heroic service and sacrifice of veterans, featuring a tribute to the esteemed Centennial Seven and an interview with Admiral Michael Mullen, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The Tribute Hall, renowned for honoring those who have made significant contributions to the nation, will pay homage to the Centennial Seven, the only African Americans to command a submarine during the 20th century.
