New 100% software gateways eliminate hardware dependency, delivering unmatched scalability, interoperability, and resilience for mission-critical communications
OSBORNE PARK, Australia - Marylandian -- Omnitronics, a global leader in mission-critical communication technology, today announced the launch of its next-generation omniGateDMR and omniGateP25 Radio over IP (RoIP) gateways. These innovative gateways are now 100% software, with vocoder functionality fully integrated into the software stack - eliminating the need for dedicated hardware and redefining the future of radio interoperability.
This release complements Omnitronics' existing fully software DAMM TETRA gateway and marks a significant milestone in the company's transition to a complete software-defined communications ecosystem. The omniGateDMR and omniGateP25 gateways are designed to meet the evolving demands of Public Safety, Utilities, Transportation, and Resource sectors, where flexibility, uptime, and cost-efficiency are critical.
