BALTIMORE - Marylandian -- The USA National Select Player Development and Training Center (www.usanationalselectbball.com) will be the first nationally focused basketball training center to be open to players of all ages to operate in the United States. USA National Select announced today that their facility will be located in Baltimore, Maryland and registration will be open for clients nationally beginning August 2020.
The developmental model that will be used to assist players will focus on teaching particular aspects of the game to athletes at specific stages of development. This systematic approach will provide the skills and abilities needed to achieve excellence in basketball. The delivery of an aligned, consistent, and systematic development system ensures that every players needs are being met at every level of programming. Every participant in the program will be able to see the pathways which will lead him or her to maximize their success on the appropriate level of play for them.

USANS will provide both a short and long-term player/athlete development model design to the specific parameters of each participant's development. In addition developmental progress will be provided to national scouting services, media outlets and college coaches and decision makers to create opportunities for each participant.
The USA National Select Player Development and Training Center, a 501c3, will be ran by Kyndall "Coach" Francis who has worked with some of the top high school and college prospects in the country; some starting as young as elementary and middle school. When asked about the success of his former players and how he plans to duplicate that with future prospects Francis states, "Just like any learning environment those players were trained to be elite; as you would a doctor, a lawyer or accountant. But most importantly those guys and the players that will come after them; they will need to be taught the game; not a position - especially in today's game of position-less basketball; individual player development will continue to be the foundation to success in the National Select program."
