NEW YORK - Marylandian -- Ignazio Arces, a Sicilian executive,  has been awarded the Silver Stevie® Award in the category Culture Transformation Leader of the Year at the 2025 Stevie Awards for Great Employers. One of the most prestigious international recognitions in the field of leadership and cultural transformation, the award will be presented on September 16 in New York City.

Arces  is the author of "Navigating the Energy Transition: Leadership Insights for the Energy Revolution," published in September 2024. The book, already acclaimed in academic and managerial circles, offers a deep analysis of energy as not only a technical lever but also an ethical, social, and cultural one.
