DLA awards UnityTec $48.5M Task Order for Google Cloud Platform and Professional Services

FREDERICK, Md. - Marylandian -- FREDERICK MD – Unity Technologies Corporation (UnityTec), a leading provider of innovative IT solutions and mission support services, announced today that it has been awarded a $48.5 million contract to deliver AI-ready Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services over a three-year period.

Under this contract, UnityTec will provide the advanced GovCloud environment, multi-phased implementation guidance, cybersecurity, and managed professional services to support the agency in its global digital ecosystem initiative. Leveraging the GCP, the agency will accelerate its adoption of AI, optimize infrastructure, storage, and computing workloads, provide advanced cybersecurity threat protection and data security, reduce computing cost, and enhance mission performance.

Ms. Sara Dorsey, UnityTec CEO, said "This award is a milestone for UnityTec and demonstrates the trust our federal government partners place in us to deliver technically effective and cost-efficient results".

The project was awarded as a task order on the $12B JETS 2.0 contract vehicle that was secured by UnityTec in late September 2024, with a full performance period through September 2036.
