OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Marylandian -- HomeCentris Healthcare ("HomeCentris"), Maryland's leading provider of home-based health care solutions, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Family First Home Healthcare, LLC ("Family First"), a respected home care agency serving clients in Philadelphia, PA. The acquisition closed on April 3, 2025, and HomeCentris has begun integrating Family First's staff and operations into its growing network of regional care providers.
Family First, based in Philadelphia, PA, provides non-medical personal care services to Medicaid and private pay clients. The company has developed a strong reputation for compassionate, client-focused care and a dedicated caregiver network. HomeCentris expects to maintain Family First's successful operations while bringing additional resources, technology, and operational expertise to enhance its capabilities.
As part of the integration, HomeCentris has appointed longtime Family First staff member Nataay Howard to oversee the agency's personal care operations. With significant experience in healthcare administration and a deep understanding of the Philadelphia market, Ms. Howard will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of care and leading future growth initiatives.
