FREDERICK, Md. - Marylandian -- The Weinberg Center for the Arts and New Spire Arts are proud to introduce ListenWiFi, an advanced assistive listening technology designed to improve accessibility and enhance the live event experience for all patrons.
ListenWiFi streams high-quality audio directly over Wi-Fi, providing a seamless and personalized listening experience for guests who require assistive listening, or simply want to enjoy clearer sound. Patrons can access the system using their own smartphones or by borrowing a limited number of ListenWiFi Audio Receiver available at both venues.
"With this new technology, we are committed to ensuring that all guests, including those with hearing impairments, can fully enjoy the incredible performances at our venues," said Stephanie Chaiken, Executive Theater Manager of the Weinberg Center. "By making high-quality audio accessible via Wi-Fi, we're creating a more inclusive and immersive experience for everyone."
