~ The Maryland Horse Industry Board will be holding a virtual meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 10 A.M. The meeting, which will take place over Google Meets, is open to the public and those interested in attending can contact Anne Litz at anne.litz@maryland.gov for more information.
During the meeting, attendees can expect to receive updates on current Horse Board initiatives and hear from board members and stable inspectors. The meeting will also feature an introduction of the new Executive Director, Anne Litz, as well as three new Board Members: Dr. Kathleen Anderson representing Equine Veterinarians, Genevieve Macfarlane representing the General Public, and Carolyn Mackintosh representing the Horse Council.
