~ The Maryland Horse Industry Board (MHIB) will be holding a meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 10 A.M. at the Therapeutic and Recreational Riding Center (TRRC) in Glenwood, MD. The meeting will take place at "The Ruppert's Roost Meeting Center," located at 3750 Shady Lane.
TRRC has been owned and operated by Dr. Helen Tuel and her husband, John Tuel, for over 40 years. It is one of the oldest therapeutic riding centers in Maryland and is known for its exceptional services. The center also houses the Plot Twist Farm lesson and boarding facility, which is operated by MHIB board member Jennifer Sulin.

The meeting will cover various topics including updates on Horse Board initiatives, reports from board members, and updates from stable inspectors. Following the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to take a tour of both TRRC and Plot Twist Farm operations.
A detailed agenda, minutes from the previous board meeting in August 2024, project updates, and a financial summary will be provided prior to the meeting.
