1. Best Smart Building Solution For Return to Work
2. Best In-Building Wireless Solution
3. Best Application of IoT Technology For Buildings
4. Best In-Building Public Safety Solution
5. Best In-Building 5G or CBRS Solution
6. 2020 Smart Building Disruptor of The Year

Judging for the awards will be based on unique innovation, contribution to building operations, and value to building owners and occupants. "I'm pleased to serve as Chairman of the Advisory Council for 2021 and oversee the judging for the Connected Real Estate Tech Awards," said Darlene Pope, real estate industry veteran and smart building expert. "Having spent the last 30 years in deploying technology solutions for buildings, I have a unique perspective from both the real estate and the technology side.
