BALTIMORE - Marylandian -- Contracting Resources Group, Inc. (CRG) has been awarded a position on the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) new Systems, Hardware, Integration, Engineering, and Logistical Development (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. The SHIELD IDIQ, with a potential value of $151 billion, creates a competitive pool of industry partners eligible to pursue future task orders supporting engineering, systems integration, test and evaluation, cybersecurity, modeling and simulation, and logistics.
The SHIELD program represents the next generation of integrated missile defense capabilities for the United States and its allies. Awardees were selected based on demonstrated technical expertise, strong performance, and the ability to deliver mission-critical solutions in evolving threat environments.
"This award reflects CRG's commitment to supporting national defense priorities with the technical excellence and mission understanding our customers depend on," said Dina DiPalo, CEO of CRG.
Under the SHIELD IDIQ, CRG will compete for task orders aligned with engineering, test, logistics, and programmatic requirements across MDA's enterprise. The company's long-standing support for Department of Defense missions, combined with a strong record of quality and disciplined delivery, positions the company to add meaningful value across MDA's programs.
