ONTARIO, Calif. - Marylandian -- Southland Symphony Orchestra Presents
Beethoven: Music of Revolution and Triumph - Eroica: Sounds of Revolution and Democracy
Ontario, CA — The Southland Symphony Orchestra invites audiences to experience the power and passion of Beethoven at his most revolutionary in an all-Beethoven concert on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM, at Bethel Congregational Church, 536 N. Euclid Avenue, Ontario, California.
Written in an age of upheaval and idealism, Beethoven's music transformed the Classical tradition into something bold, expansive, and unmistakably heroic. This program brings together three of his most compelling works: the fiery Egmont Overture, the dramatic Leonore Overture No. 3, and the monumental Symphony No. 3, "Eroica." Together, they embody the spirit of struggle, freedom, and triumph that defined both Beethoven's world—and our own.

The concert will be conducted by Music Director & Conductor Sylvia Lee Mann, whose leadership continues the Southland Symphony Orchestra's mission of presenting great orchestral music with both artistic excellence and community accessibility.
Tickets are affordably priced at $20 for VIP seating and $10 for General Admission. Children under 12 are free, and thanks to the generosity of SSO donors, free admission is available for those who cannot afford a ticket—because great music should be accessible to all.
