Featuring 200 incentives, map-based clickable searching, and dollar values, BME provides consumer-friendly vaccination support

PASADENA, Md. - Marylandian -- Pasadena, Md.- 6/30/21 -- BME, a national wellness and educational charity, has released an app and website platform aimed at publicizing incentives and employer perks that are being offered to encourage people to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

President Biden stated, "Our goal by July 4th is to have 70% of adult Americans with at least one shot," calling it "a serious step toward a return to normal." BME is aware that many organizations have been highlighting scientific information pertaining to vaccines -- yet with no simple tools focused on the many rewards and paid time-off opportunities, BME decided to create a Vaccination Rewards app and platform.

The Vaccination Rewards platform aggregates all private and public offers and promotions: on its app (free on Google Play: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.vaccinationrewards.vaccination_rewards) and vaccinationrewards.org website.

An interactive framework allows searching by location, provides estimated dollar values per reward, and lets users click directly to rewarding companies' websites. BME continuously publicizes rewards on major social media platforms.

Vaccination Rewards chairperson, Martin Brooks, a military veteran and senior pastor, said, "As the pandemic continues to take its toll, nothing is more important to me than trying to reach my fellow veterans who have not yet been vaccinated. We want to make sure that people know all rewards and benefits available to them when they get a vaccine. This resource may help persuade those on the fence to get the shot."  [Martin Brooks video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ttNtdPAjVo&list=PLbbiAz_UQ8e3oaTSlIe43Y7bvtLe2-G-i&index=4&ab_channel=MogueliJimenez%28BME%29) ; Martin Brooks photo (https://brightmindenrichment.org/#team)]

BME receives no monetary benefit from this work, provided purely as a public service (created and maintained by volunteers). Promotion will be done through non-monetary media grants.

BME hopes to encourage as many companies as possible to participate in creating incentives for their employees and the public, toward the goal of 70% vaccination.

Craig Kaufman, BME Executive Director, said, "Incentives benefit citizens, and also our economy and the general public, by boosting vaccine participation. We believe it to be in the interest of more organizations to provide incentives."

Organizations with incentives are encouraged to contact vaccinationrewards@brightmindenrichment.org to be included on this platform.
