Maryland Farm & Harvest takes viewers on a journey across the state, showcasing the farms, people, and technology that make up Maryland's number one commercial industry - agriculture. The episode will begin with an introduction filmed at One Straw Farm in White Hall (Baltimore County) before diving into three unique stories.
The first story follows Mike Greaves of Mike & Sons Mechanical Services as he travels across Anne Arundel, Caroline, and Talbot counties to help smaller farms with equipment maintenance and repairs. With his truck full of tools, Greaves is always ready to save the day for farmers in need.

Next up is Clear Ridge Nursery in Baltimore City and Carroll County. Led by volunteer groups such as Midtown Baltimore, this urban greening project aims to beautify landscapes, improve population health, and increase property values by planting trees and plants along sidewalks. They will also follow one batch of trees from Clear Ridge Nursery all the way to public land in Baltimore City.
The final story features Chef Matt Lego of Leo in Annapolis as he joins renowned photographer Jay Fleming to catch invasive blue catfish in the Chesapeake Bay. After a successful catch, Lego returns to the kitchen to prepare sautéed blue catfish and grits for the two to enjoy.
