L.E.E.P To College Foundation Partners with University Startups

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Marylandian -- Students from disadvantaged and low-income families are 5 times more likely to drop out of high school. University Startups is on a mission to empower 3 million low income and disadvantaged high school students to attend college and receive internships.

L.E.E.P to College Foundation Inc.(L2C), a nonprofit founded with the goal of decreasing the high school dropout rates in Maryland, is proud to announce its partnership with University Startups. L2C Scholars, ages 14-18 year old, that choose to participate in the program are granted access to Top Tier University Professors teaching students how to launch social ventures, as well as aided with the essential tools needed to navigate through the college admissions and internship process.
