Intern Pursuit was founded in 2018 by Isabella Johnston, a serial entrepreneur, HRD facilitator and adjunct professor with more than 20 years of experience in training and learning, and education. Isabella saw the opportunity to provide a scalable AI solution for employers for intern management.  Intern Pursuit's proprietary algorithm matches employers to students based on skills, job preferences, and culture fit.
