Kristina Helferty, CPA, Opens Local Office: Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce Set for July 23rd
PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Marylandian -- Following in her father's footsteps, Dunedin native and Palm Harbor resident, Kristina Helferty, announced today, she has bought an office in the area to accommodate her accounting firm's growth and to provide high-quality services.
Helferty's father, Rowan J. Helferty, Jr., opened his downtown Dunedin law office when she was just three years old. In this spot today is Dunedin's landmark restaurant, the Black Pearl.
Helferty's new office is located at 2715 Cypress Drive, Clearwater, 33763. The firm will celebrate its move this Friday, July 23rd, with an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Greater Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, in which Helferty is a member.

"It has been my life-long dream to own a business in the area, and this year, that dream came true," said Helferty. "We were fortunate to find the perfect space for our new office in the Countryside area, which is central to Palm Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater. This new location will help us continue to grow and develop so we're able to keep pace with the needs of our clients."
The open house is open to the public and will take place at the new offices of Kristina Helferty, CPA: 2715 Cypress Drive, Clearwater, Florida. RSVP here.
ABOUT KRISTINA HELFERTY: Kristina Helferty, CPA, is a certified public accountant with more than 25 years of experience. Helferty holds two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from the University of South Florida: Accounting and Information Management Systems.
She holds an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business from St. Petersburg College. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, issued by the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education. Helferty is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); she is also a Florida Notary.

Helferty has worked with multiple industries, including construction, health care, manufacturing, and real estate. She also has experience in Internal Controls and H.R. Development, franchise royalties, and trust and estate planning. Helferty is a member and the Education Chair of Suncoast NPI's Dunedin chapter and was the first female president of NARI, National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Tampa Bay area. In addition, she is a long-standing member and church elder at KirkChurch in Dunedin.
