SAN ANTONIO - Marylandian -- The San Antonio A&M Club Foundation (SAAMCF) invites you to join us for our inaugural music benefit concert, "Boot Scootin' for Scholarships," on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Aggie Park, located at 6205 West Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78213. Doors open at 5:45 pm.
"We are thrilled to announce that Texas A&M graduate Hayden Haddock '22, with over 10 million streams and featured on Spotify's Texas Music Now, will take the stage," said Angel Zuniga Martinez '94, Director at the San Antonio A&M Club Foundation.
Hayden, awarded New Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2021 Texas Regional Radio Report Awards, promises an unforgettable performance. Born and raised in DFW, Haddock's musical influences are deeply rooted in his home state of Texas by artists such as George Strait, Cody Johnson, Clay Walker, Tracy Lawrence. Haddock has shared the stage with Steve Wariner, Randall King, Casey Donahew, Neal McCoy, Kevin Fowler, Roger Creager.
Kicking off the night will be fellow Aggie Trey Gonzalez '19, a rising star in the Texas Country scene, who has been making waves locally and statewide. This event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy great music, create lasting memories, and help raise funds for scholarships benefiting Bexar County students attending Texas A&M University.

"This scholarship from the San Antonio A&M Club Foundation allows me to live the dream that I've had since I was 8 from the first time that I set foot on College Station's Campus," said Charles Garcia, SAAMCF scholarship recipient, Class of 2024.

Since its inception, the foundation has raised over $1.5 million to fund scholarships for deserving Bexar County Aggies. Each year, the San Antonio A&M Club Foundation (SAAMCF) presents a total of $96,000 in scholarships to eight outstanding students graduating from Bexar County high schools through the Opportunity Award Scholarship.
