Executive Chef Matthew Zafrir has crafted a sandwich that pays tribute to Baltimore in a unique and playful way.
Dubbed the B.A.L.T.I.M.O.R.E. sandwich, this dish features a clever acronym that also serves as its ingredient list: bacon, avocado mousse, lime, tomato, mayo, onion, and a perfectly runny egg. Priced at $16, it is available daily during lunch and brunch hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
