The 13th NiUG Discovery Conference was held in person at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA, and featured three tracks:  Back to Basics, Product, and Technical. It offered 20 educational sessions on analytics/dashboards, building forms, iMIS tips and tricks, data security, process automation, staff portals, business intelligence, and more. The agenda also included pre-conference training, networking events, and an exhibitor showcase. The shortened virtual conference schedule featured the sessions most requested by virtual attendees — so they could glean as much as possible from the topics that were of greatest interest to them.

"We were very excited to offer the Discovery Conference as a hybrid event this year. Members who were able to travel appreciated the opportunity to network with their peers and attend in-person sessions," said Michele Morgan, DES, CMP, NiUG's Executive Director.
