BALTIMORE - Marylandian -- Think Systems, Inc., a national management consulting firm that helps companies with organizational solutions and strategic hiring, announced today that it has hired Franke Leone as Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Leone joins Think as a director and business strategist. He has more than a decade of experience in education. He has worked with key decision makers and their staff across departments learning about processes, discovering opportunities, identifying funding streams, and consulting throughout the sales process to bring a total solution to the table.
"Frank brings a wealth of experience and an impressive track record building strategic partnerships to Think," said Joe Poling, President of Commercial Services at Think. "He understands Think's mission and will help us execute our long-term vision with his expertise and vast network of synergistic organizations."
Before joining Think, Leone was the Vice President of Partnership Development at CDI Computer Dealers Inc., where he was responsible for creating and maintaining key account relationships. He was also tasked with creating new and emerging revenue opportunities, an area where he excelled.

From 2010 to 2014, Leone worked for Educate Online, where he met Poling. Leone spent four years at Educate managing student enrollment, assessment, and conversion for an online tutoring program in 17 states. Leone generated more than $3 million in revenue through internal improvements that he put in place.
"Think is a company with momentum and a clear vision on where it is heading," Leone said. "I look forward to helping bring in new clients and working with business owners and executives to find answers to their challenges. I am excited to get to work and make a difference."
Leone believes in an open, transparent, personalized approach to consulting. He relishes the opportunity to build relationships with clients and give them his absolute best work. To be successful as a consultant, he says, you must dedicate yourself 100 percent.
Leone is based in Baltimore. He graduated from Calvert Hall College High School and attended the Community College of Baltimore County and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
