PUNE, India - Marylandian -- Talentica Software, a pure-play product engineering company, has announced the winners of its second remote hackathon, held from February 21 to 23. This dynamic event set new benchmarks, serving as a platform for creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
The company has a strong tradition of hosting hackathons on emerging technologies. Participants ranged from fresh graduates to senior tech leaders, including CTO Manjusha Madabushi. Last year, Talentica organized a GenAI hackathon to explore its potential in enhancing remote work. This year, the focus was on Agentic AI.
The event brought together 30 teams comprising 130 software engineers, QAs, DevOps professionals, architects, and UX designers. The topic even intrigued non-tech participants. Teams were challenged to build AI-driven solutions for real-world problems, such as smart assistants, customer support automation, and process optimization. Solutions had to incorporate agentic AI to address complex challenges requiring collaboration, parallel decision-making, and adaptability. Multi-agent systems—where specialized agents handle distinct tasks—enhance efficiency, scalability, and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
