Foundation Recognized as Founding Youth Leadership Partner for the 2026 Inaugural Next Generation Leadership Delegation
LANDOVER, Md. - Marylandian -- The Heart of Tabitha Foundation has received a Presidential Citation for Distinguished Global Leadership and Youth Empowerment from the Global Initiative for the Advancement of Africa (GIAA), recognizing its commitment to developing the next generation of global leaders.
The Foundation was recognized as a Founding Youth Leadership Partner and for establishing the 2026 Inaugural Next Generation Leadership Delegation, which connects students and emerging leaders with ambassadors, diplomats, government officials, business executives, educators, and global changemakers.
Under the vision "Where Emerging Leaders Meet Global Leaders," the Foundation creates opportunities for young people to gain mentorship, professional exposure, leadership development, internships, scholarships, and entrepreneurial support.

Its leadership model focuses on four areas: Inspire, Connect, Mentor, and Launch.
The Foundation also leads Women Transforming Nations: Caribbean Women Leading Global Impact, an initiative designed to connect emerging women leaders with accomplished women making an impact across business, humanitarian service, innovation, and global leadership.
