CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Marylandian -- CHEYENNE, WY – Essential Living Support, LLC, a Veteran-owned home and community-based services provider, is proud to announce the opening of Cheyenne's first VA Medical Foster Home, providing Veterans and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) with compassionate, personalized care in a real home setting.
The VA Medical Foster Home program offers an alternative to institutional care by allowing Veterans to live in a private home with trained caregivers who provide 24-hour support. At Essential Living Support, Veterans receive person-centered care that honors their service, safeguards their dignity, and promotes independence.

"Our goal is to create a home where Veterans and individuals with disabilities are treated with respect, compassion, and belonging," said Richard Brown, MBA, Founder and CEO of Essential Living Support, LLC. "We believe that care should feel like family—not a facility."
In addition to the VA Medical Foster Home program, Essential Living Support provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities under the Wyoming Department of Health Waiver. These services include daily living support, medication assistance, transportation to appointments, life-skills training, and community engagement activities.
