FRONT ROYAL, Va. - Marylandian -- Tracy Bloom, owner of Bellwether Farm in Upperville, Virginia and President of the American Kerry Hill Sheep Society (AKHSS), presented a newborn Kerry Hill lamb, named Upperville Charles in his honor, to His Majesty King Charles III during his historic state visit to Front Royal, Virginia.
