CARTHAGE, Mo. - Marylandian -- 3i Solutions, in conjunction with partner Stratum Nutrition® (a business of ESM Technologies), is pleased to announce the addition of two new roles, Director of Finance and Director of Business Development, both of which will bring an extensive amount of expertise to each department.

Brian Reich, Director of Finance at 3i Solutions, comes to the company with an extensive
background in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, customer service, and estimating his skill set will help add value and profitability to our customer's bottom line. He was formerly a Director of Operations for several companies, most notably 20 years at Milark Industries.

"I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to be a part of the 3i team," said Brian "This group is strong, and I look forward to helping the company expand into new markets while continuing to deliver a high level of customer service and value to our customers."

Becky Wagner, Director of Business Development at 3i Solutions, brings 25 years of experience in the food, beverage, health care, and pet care industry, delivering solutions to help customers drive their products to market faster through market development activities creating new products offerings, optimizing current offerings or identify key growth areas to expand the portfolio. She was formerly the VP of Growth Platforms at FONA International.
