This comprehensive and immersive program is specifically developed to equip leaders and leadership coaches with the right tools to help the people they influence manage the emotional systems they encounter in the workplace or at home.
GAITHERSBURG, Md. - Marylandian -- The Fall 2022 Resilient Leadership Coach Certification Program is scheduled for four successive Fridays and Saturdays from October 14th to November 4th, 2022. The 18½ Hr. program is held virtually and hosted on Zoom. Eligible ICF Certified coaches will earn 41 Core Competency Hours and 6.75 Resource Development Hours.
Bridgette Theurer and Marge Shonnard will be leading the program.
For the past 20 years, Bridgette has been instrumental in the design and development of Resilient Leadership training programs, including a 9-month leadership development program for the FDA. She has helped to certify over 130 coaches in the Resilient Leadership model.
Over the past 25 years, Marge has served organizations in a variety of executive leadership roles. With many years of real-world experience in the application of Resilient Leadership principles and practices, she has now recently been certified to present the full range of training and coaching services available from Resilient Leadership, LLC.

The Resilient Leadership model helps leaders in all walks of life develop the capability to face and surmount significant adaptive challenges they face at work and home. During this course, participants will learn how to navigate the hidden chemistry of organizations — what Resilient Leadership calls the emotional system.
The in-depth and highly participative program is specifically designed to equip leaders and leadership coaches with new tools that they can use to help the people they influence understand and manage the emotional systems they encounter at work, at home, or anywhere.
The October – November 2022 program and subsequent quarterly follow up discussions entitle participants to become part of a highly skilled community of coaches who are fully equipped to help their clients rise above the turbulent forces of today's workplace and home emotional dynamics.
RL certified coaches are granted a renewable license to utilize the Resilient Leadership model (Based on Bowen Family Systems Theory) and they also have access to the Coaches Portal which contains hundreds of useful tools and guides on how best to Stay Calm, Stay Connected, and Stay the Course.
