CHICAGO - Marylandian -- Camp Lake Capital (CLC) is excited to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Electrical Cable Specialists (ECS). Headquartered outside of Atlanta, GA, ECS is a leading distributor of specialty wire and cable used primarily in the transit, power generation & transmission, and industrial markets with a 40-year track record of serving customers. The transaction closed on December 29, 2023.
Joe Reidel, the CEO of ECS, said, "Over the last twenty years, we've built a business focused on serving customers. CLC has been a pleasure to work with and I am confident they will continue this focus, while providing the support to grow ECS to an even more prominent position in the industry."
Matt Parsons, the Managing Partner of CLC, commented, "Camp Lake Capital is incredibly excited to partner with Joe Riedel and the ECS team.
